Reservations are to be made to our office or to our appointed General Sales Agent. Upon confirmation of a reservation, a 30% (thirty percent) deposit is requested, and the total package tour price for the services shall be paid at least 14 days prior to client's arrival in the destination country or the starting date of the tour, or otherwise INSERIMEX TRAVEL may at their sole discretion cancel the bookings without any refund of sums already paid to INSERIMEX TRAVEL by the Client/Agent.

Cancellation
In general, cancellations of confirmed arrangements, a cancellation fee related to the costs incurred will be charged. Hotel cancellation policy is 21 (twenty one) to 60 (sixty) days notice for groups and 7 (seven) days for individual travelers. Hotels and airlines might have the right to charge for services booked especially during high and peak seasons

Payment
Except as otherwise expressly agreed, INSERIMEX TRAVEL and its client and/or Agent agree that the terms and conditions for the services rendered by INSERIMEX TRAVEL to the Client, whether on an individual or a tour basis or service shall be governed by the Booking Conditions set out below and that the said Booking Conditions shall form an entire part of the service contract, whether verbal or written, entered into between INSERIMEX TRAVEL and the Client/Agent.

MODES OF PAYMENT
Except as otherwise agreed by INSERIMEX TRAVEL, Client’s payment shall be executed by cash, or credit card or travelers cheques. Except for cash payment, a service charge may apply. In case where credit facilities have been agreed with the Client/Agent, the payment shall be executed by swift or telegraphic transfer to INSERIMEX TRAVEL ‘s bank account. Any bank charges levied by the sending bank relating to the transfer to INSERIMEX TRAVEL must be paid by theClient/Agent.

Refund and surcharge
1. Clients shall pay on the spot for the additional services they request beside those indicated in their itinerary.

2. Clients shall not be reimbursed for the services and/or portions of the itineraries they choose to leave unused.

Liability
INSERIMEX TRAVEL shall always do its utmost to provide the services to the best of its capacity and upon the satisfaction of the Client. However, INSERIMEX TRAVEL acts as intermediary between the concerned airlines, hotels, transport operators and local tourist offices providing the services. INSERIMEX TRAVEL is therefore not responsible for any losses, injuries or damages sustained by tourists, including those occurring outside the tour programs. Additional expenses incurred due to delays or/and cancellations of flights, trains or other means of transport, accidents, natural disasters, political actions, etc., must be borne by the tourists
